The Keiō Dōbutsuen line (京王動物園線 Keiō Dōbutsuen-sen?) is a railway line in Hino, Tokyo, Japan owned by the Keio Corporation, which runs between Takahatafudō on the Keiō Main Line and Tama-dōbutsukōen (for Tama Zoo).

Although the Tama Toshi Monorail Line covers the same route, the Dōbutsuen Line is a preferable choice for passengers from the Keiō Line due to some reasons, which may include easy transfer (or no need of transfer in case of through-running trains) at Takahatafudō and cheaper fare.

It runs on a single track of 1,372 mm gauge. The line is electrified at 1,500 V DC.
